About Joe

A neighbor who's done the work.

I didn't grow up planning to run for office.  I was raised to serve.

Hobart Township raised me. From the gazebo on Lake George to the neighborhoods of Lake Station and New Chicago, this is the place that shaped who I am — my work ethic, my faith, and the way I look out for the people next door.

I've spent my life working with my hands and looking people in the eye. I know what it's like to stretch a paycheck to the end of the month, to fix what's broken instead of replacing it, and to lean on a neighbor when times get tight. That's the spirit I'll bring to the Trustee's office every single day.

The Trustee's office matters more than most people realize. It's the door you knock on when the power's about to be cut off, when a family needs a place to sleep, when a road won't get plowed. It's the office that holds the township together — and it deserves a trustee who treats every dollar and every visitor with the same care.

That's why I'm running. And that's the work I'll do for you.
